"I arrived from Scotland with my 3 boys and we were booked into a Suite. Although ample space and comfortable there was a drip coming through stairs after having had a bath. I reported this to reception before we went out for the day. A few hours later the hotel receptionist called to ask if we'd move rooms. Bit of an inconvenience but we were upgraded to a Suite plus adjoining double room. We also had a jacuzzi as a bonus. Great way to make a situation better from the hotel to us.
We stayed 15 nights. No complaints, great location, lovely safe city. Thoroughly recommend Parma as a city to use as a base for a family holiday. Also star hotels du parc was faultless. Outstanding experience for my family. Thank you. We hope to one day return."
