Villa Ketty

"Villa Ketty is a wonderful experience. A small family run hotel perched on the side of the cliff above Vico Equense with amazing views across the bay of Naples to Vesuvius and the Sorrento/Capri coasts. The hotel and rooms are spread out over different terraces and feels intimate but you can easily find a quiet corner to read and watch the ocean or use the pool and bar area for conversation and refreshments. The owners and staff were always extremely helpful and friendly in their service and answered all our questions even the stupid ones! The food is very very good, all home made by the owners/staff and the breakfast is out of this world. Antonio one of the owners will serve you himself from the vast selection of breads, cheeses and hams etc all home made or home grown. Evening meals are limited to single options of pasta or pizza but again very high quality and delicious. Station is 10 mins walk and you can access the Circumvesuviana train which takes you to Sorrento or Pompeii or Herculaneum and Naples. Train is easy to use and you can tap for fares although the station names aren't that visible so keep an eye on your progress or you will miss your stop. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Ketty a very good option in the Bay of Naples."

"Our stay at the Majestic couldn't have gone any better. We took in the sunset at Dry Martini several times, were they have an incredible drink menu and finished the nights at the poolside restaurant for desserts and coffee. The location allowed us to either take a short ride into town or walk a few blocks to a beach club set below the cliffs. Can't wait to go back!"

"The view is spectacular. The parking was very good and this location is quiet. The Wi-Fi was hit or miss and the breakfast was fine, but nothing special. They have strict rules around food in the rooms (no meals, which was fine) but the patio view is so amazing I would have loved to have coffee or there in the mornings. I found the bed extremely uncomfortable but my husband liked it, so YMMV. You likely need a vehicle if you plan on traveling to other parts of the coast as this hotel is not walkable to any city centers or much transit but we enjoyed our stay. Perla was a highlight🐈⬛"

"We had an amazing stay! We booked this resort for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place to unwind. It is quiet, beautiful and extremely relaxing. A 20 minute bus ride or hotel shuttle brings you right into Sorrento. There are many restaurants walking distance as well. Adriana was so helpful and upgraded our room to an ocean front balcony as a courtesy! The rooms are so clean and have great air conditioning. Marte booked an amazing boat day to Capri for us, she was always so helpful. The pool was always so clean, the restaurant was beautiful and had the perfect poolside and beachside pastas and drinks. We loved the food and the staff was always very kind and welcoming. We will definitely come back! We miss it so much already."

"This property was stunning from the moment you pass through the park grounds. Before you get to the hotel itself, you begin to decompress. you enter the lobby and are greeted by the whole of Sorrento/Naples Bay with Vesuvius in the background. It is stunning. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The staff. the amenities, the food are all top rated. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, varied and FRESH..... cheeses, fruits, Italian coldcuts, traditional breakfasts to order from their chef's station, not to be missed. Your choice of the beach at the bay, or the saltwater pool. equally wonderful with the staff attentive to the guests whims, Dinners in the main dining room. or the beachside restaurant are great,,,,evening cocktails on the patio, with Vesuvius ever present,,, Attention by the staff was universally outstanding,,,, to name a few would be a slight on the rest,,,,,ALL OUTSTANDING.... Staff was very helpful in arranging day trips to Herculaneum and Amalfi boat cruises, We will be planning our next years trip to end at this property, to unwind, relax and savor all that Parc dei Principi and Sorrento have to offer. Molto Gracias"
