Taking into consideration Petr is such a valuable asset to our team it would challenge my thoughts to accept that he could be yelling or humiliating our respected guests. I personally carried out the research on the issue as it does concern me a lot. As we are living in a human world, where the communication is utmost tool I might hold the view there was a miscommunication that has occurred. As the facts speak, the second reservation of Mrs. Urazova Raisa indeed did not include the breakfast, yet, Petr – the night manager was kind to offer the guest a complimentary breakfast from the hotel for the whole stay. Most probably, that was the moment when the conversation was misdelivered and misunderstood. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
