“Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...

“The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors.”

“Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable! Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot. Staff was nice, self checkin possible too. I'd stay there again if I ever go to Milan by car again! ”

"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
