"Room was clean. Shutters were up and the room was stifling hot when we arrived. It would have been helpful to have the air conditioning on for a few hours before we arrived. Shared bathroom was fairly clean. Staff didn’t interact at breakfast. No greeting and nothing to make us feel welcome. However the facilities were comfortable."

"The hotel is 10 minute stroll from the airport and easy to get into the centre as a result. Helpful staff, lively pool, supermarket with excellent and very inexpensive restaurant 2 minutes walk down the road. Perfect in every way."

"Room was a good size, with a fridge and kettle. Bathroom provided shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer. I had a room on the top floor, unfortunately it was very noisy (not the hotels fault) mainly construction work and dogs barking. WiFi was absolutely excellent! Pool area was great and towels were provided. Cleanliness throughout was to a high standard. Location was good, close to a small supermarket but quite a walk to the marina. Staff were all very helpful and polite. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!"

"What a lovely place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic experience. We were kindly upgraded on arrival, which was a lovely surprise, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was absolutely spotless, and a special shoutout to Rina, who did an amazing job and was so warm and lovely. Her attention to detail really stood out. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and overlooked the pool with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect – close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away that you didn’t get any of the noise from the bars. We also loved the pool area. We were always able to get a sun lounger, and often had the pool almost to ourselves, which made the hotel feel peaceful and surprisingly private. Our only minor criticisms were that the bed was quite firm, which may just come down to personal preference, but we didn’t find it especially comfortable. We were also a little disappointed that there wasn’t any complimentary bottled water provided during our stay. The minibar was stocked with drinks, but everything came at an additional cost, including the coffee machine, which felt like a missed opportunity for a small extra touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, fantastic staff, peaceful atmosphere, and unbeatable location made for a really enjoyable holiday."

"Great place and location in Faro. Close to the airport and a 5 min walk to the main town area with restaurants, bars, shops. The room was big. Had a bedroom and big kitchen area. We stayed one night but would have loved a couple. They have parking with advance reservation swhich was convinent. Small area to get into garage so no big vehicles. Our BMW almost didn't make it."

"The hotel is located in the top floor of a big shopping mall and there is a local supermarket where you can pick up fresh fruits, pastries or anything you would like. It is only 20 mins walk to the ferry and old town area which is convenient to go around."
