"Very interesting concept for a hotel to have it inside a shopping complex. We arrived at night while it was raining. The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly."

"Comfortable room. No bar - but beer, snacks available at reception to take to room. Easy to walk to from airport. Would use again. Good for stopover between flights."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and happy to help in whatever way possible. The room was clean and really new and the staff tidied it every day. We were really impressed with the cooking facilities in our room- we didn't do any cooking but there was a hob, kettle, microwave and everything you would need to cook basic meals with if you were staying longer. The pool area was lovely and so quiet, we were the only ones using it most days (the weather wasn't great to be fair!). The free coffee facilities were brilliant and we ordered the breakfast box one morning and it was good value for money and very tasty. Super convenient for everything you'd need in faro - close to the old town and the marina area, and only ten mins from the airport. Would reccomend getting an uber from and to the airport as cheaper than a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we come to faro again we'll absolutely stay here!"

"We really love the hotel,, very relaxed atmosphere , clean, staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Swimming pool was really well maintained, sun bed were comfortable. "

"Lift to go up to the room could not be entered the due to it being stored with dirty laundry and black bags stacked and packed high full to the roof of the lift. I alerted the receptionist and she pressed a button in the lift but it remained opened whilst I waited. When I finally got to the room I can only describe it as being totally rundown, with a disgusting stench and 2 flies flying around the room. I opened the balcony door to get the flies and the stench out. One fly was flying around in the bedroom and another was flying around in the bathroom. Totally unhygienic. Due to the smell I had to open the balcony door immediately to also try to get the repulsive smell out. The table in the room was dirty and scratched all over, the toilet stunk and there seemed to be to be a drain problem, the telephone in the room had the wire ripped out of the wall and the phone was not connected and dead, there was debris on the outside balcony, the room was disgusting. I went down to reception and asked for my money back after just one and a half hours in the room. I asked the receptionist to assure me that the other rooms were in a better condition, she could not. She refused to return my money including 3 nights stay and 3 days breakfast, she refused. I was forced to leave with the expense of a taxi at €68 to a new hotel, and pay for another hotel. This is a Hostel NOT A HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE, if you do your holiday will be ruined. "
