"Stayed 4 days (3 nights). The rooms were not serviced. Elevator and stairs were not clean (there was even a preservative on the stairs…for two days..). Breakfast was very poor… even cereal bowls weee not there… lots of opportunities to improve…"

They constantly ran out of towels and housekeeping were very unprofessional and rude when asked for extras. The elevators were down the entire weekend. There were creepy crawlers indicating the cleanliness of the building. "

"Stay was great. My complaint is the pillows. As soon as you pay your head that thing flattened out badddddd. Actually kept me up for a couple hours. So definitely didn’t get a good nights sleep. Luckily check out is a little late and that what saved the stay "

"Love the smell of the hotel. Clean room. Extremely comfortable beds, although the olive light blanket (in between the flat sheet and comforter) needs to be replaced, they are full of pillage; and based on the housekeeping carts that have the clean replacements this is an issue for those olive blankets. This is a 4-star hotel, blankets with pillage should not even be seen much less a part of the bedding ensemble for your guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location terrific!"
