“Amazing hotel. Love the design.”

“It was a nice hotel. Close to Old Tbilisi. You can walk away in 10 minutes. Hotel accommodation is fine. Breakfast is enough, but it should be improved. If you stay for more than 3 days, you need a different breakfast option. Thanks for all.”

“Kahvaltı dahil kaldık. Kahvaltı güzel ve ürünler tazeydi. Otel temiz ve bakımlıydı. Memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz. Tavsiye ederim.”

“Nice oasis in Avkabari. Room was clean, very near the metro Avlabari station, but far enough away to not hear too much noise. Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff.”

“This is a great place to stay as it’s central to most places. Parking is a bit of a challenge if driving but aside from that it’s a great place to stay”

“Great customer service, overly friendly and willing to go the extra mile.”

“Front desk staffs are very unfriendly and not too helpful with any request, they shouldn’t be in customer service business or they should be trained better for the job.”

“We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and...
