Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. "I love the concept of sustainability here and it has been implemented extremely well, whilst maintaining high standards. The tea/coffee/hot chocolate area on each floor rather than in rooms gave more variety, better quality and the refillable water bottle in the room to use for the filtered water at the refreshment station was excellent. The bed was so comfy and the room was excrptionally bright, airy and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!"
