"Lovely boutique type hotel, but like with most other Turkish hotels we have stayed in, it’s just looking a bit tired, untidy and unloved. Generally the room was fine but there was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom and the shower was pretty poor. The reception area is untidy as is the bar area, which could be a really nice area if it was tidied up. Saying all of that, I would be more than happy to stay there again. "

"We stayed ir double bed room. The door knob was very unsafe- it looked like it was falling apart. The tv was in uncomfortable place by the bed. Traditional Turkish breakfest. In the room was lamp which was so bright and right in front of the bed,so annoying. staff was nice and helpful. There was balcony,which we cannot locked(in first floor!) Very poor wifi in the room. But by the pool it was good. "

"We stayed at this hotel with our two children 2 and 7 years old and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is nice except the food. Food was every day same, meat and fruit as well so for longer stays eating the same, one gets tired of it little bit. The quality of food also is not so good but acceptable. "The host was amazing. From the moment we arrived he was so helpful. He asked us how long we planned his day and helped us create an itinerary of all the important things that we wanted to see. He saved me so much time! Our hotel room was so beautiful. We had such a great stay and we thought that was going to be enough but when we went to breakfast that put it over the edge and it was amazing! It was so relaxing. When we come back we definitely will be staying there again! "

"Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel Thanks to all workers"

"Beautiful beach, wonderful staff but barely second class facilities. The hotel is situated on a wonderful stretch of The Med but is one of those mega resorts with poor taste. Its rooms were tired, staff were barely keeping up with requests and looked unhappy. Food was plenty but of mediocre quality given the sophistication of Turkish cuisine. It needs a major management overhaul or will only appeal to the package holiday makers who seem to only enjoy excess with no taste. "
