“I came back from my evening out to find 2 men stood outside my room. A member of staff and a guest. The hotel had given my room to another guest and they had placed there belonging in there. As a lone female traveller on this occasion this was very troubling. The member of staff sorted this out but it left me feeling troubled for the remainder of the night”
“Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting”
