“So clean and bright and what was so special was the outside Veranda which had most wonderful views of the Sea and Islands . OUTSTANDING . With the benefit of enjoying a glass of Wine .”

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”

“Ideal location above south beach and looking out on Cauldey Is. Good breakfasts, comfortable bed. Just outside town wall so quick easy cut through to main st and harbour. 10 mins walk from station”

“Lovely room overlooking the golf course. Nice balcony and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the lounge area and terrace were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Sue on reception. The room needed air conditioning as it was really stifling due to its position. We did ask for and were given a fan which helped but not as effective as a/c.”
