"In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall.
Negatives:
No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped.
Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days.
Cockroach: live cockroach...
