“사실 큰 기대를 하지 않았던 곳인데 편안하고 친절했다. 룸 컨디션 뿐만 아니라 호텔 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어있는 느낌이었다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 숙박을 해도 주차비를 받는다는 점과 차에서 로비까지 짐을 들고 계단을 올라야 한다는 점은 너무너무 불편했다. 계단 외에 엘리베이터 또는 경사로 조차 없었다. 그 점은 주차장에서도 마찬가지였다. 주차문제에도 불구하고 호텔이 의외로 예쁘고 친절해서 만족스러웠다.”

“객실이 매우 안락하고 청결했으며, 모든 직원들의 따뜻한 응대에 너무 감사했습니다. 가라치코 중심부에 위치했기 때문에 어디던지 가기 편리합니다.(물론 가라치코 자체가 테네리페 외곽에 있긴합니다) 조식 또한 훌륭했습니다. 다음에 또 여기에 머무르고 싶어요 :)”

“Nel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento. ”

“전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 건물 자체가 오래된 건물이이서 현대식 건물의 깔끔함은 없지만, 그렇다고 청결함에서 불만족스럽지는 않았습니다. 엔틱함이 오히려 매력적으로 다가왔습니다. 조식으로 계란 후라이를 직접 해주셨던게 기억에 남네요. 그리고 동네 중심가와 가까워서 장보거나 밥먹으러 가기도 아주 좋습니다. 주차도 공용 주차장과 연계되어 있어서 정말 편리합니다.”

“Although the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless. This hotel really needs to educate its managers. Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.”
