"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "This hotel is in an incredible location directly across from the church where St. Francis is entombed. To get to it you have to drive through the pedestrian only cobblestone street so a small car is advised. Also, you need to arrange parking if you are driving to it. We did not arrange parking but the clerk (Jean Luke if I remember correctly) went above and beyond to accommodate our vehicle. He also helped us to arrange our pre-dawn departure as there was no clerk at the desk at that hour. The view of the church from our 5th floor room was incredible. The staff unexpectedly prepared us a lunch in a bag for our next morning departure. All in all we had a marvelous experience!"
