"We stayed at Ruby Hotel for four nights. The hotel is comfortable and located a little outside the city center. However, you can easily reach the main attractions with a slightly longer walk or a short taxi ride. The neighborhood is lovely and pleasant. One thing that makes this hotel unique, and something I had never seen before, is that the reception area is actually a 24/7 bar that also provides service to hotel guests. It’s a very interesting concept! One thing to keep in mind is that some of the hotel’s rooms are located in two separate buildings outside the main hotel. You can access these rooms either internally, which requires a longer walk, or directly from outside. We used the outside entrance for three days and only took the internal route once. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. However, if I were to stay here again, I would definitely request a room in the same building as the main lobby."

"The staff here were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating! I made a same day request for two double beds, and they did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We did experience a creaking bathroom door and a nonworking outlet, but the staff promptly brought us an extension cord and took care of the creaking noise. Even after we checked out, when we returned to collect our luggage, one of the staff members kindly offered recommendations for our next city. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to help really stood out and made our stay a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would recommend this place to anyone looking for clean rooms and friendly, attentive service!"
