"This is my fifth stay at the Mitre House. I find it fits my needs perfectly as I like being so close to Paddington Station and can get around London easily from there. The staff are very hospital. The rooms are adequate albeit small. "

"The staff were so helpful. They made our special occasion stay even more special. The only downside was breakfast on the Sunday morning when all the coffee machines weren’t working. Also, one of the lifts wasn’t working for three nights. Having said that, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn. It is a great hotel! "

We had a room with a sofa bed so that we could use it as a sofa - however, when we moved it there was quite a lot of dust/litter underneath - understandable as it was pretty heavy to move & therefore clean around - but not pleasant to discover"
