"Rooms can be small (singles) but pretty well designed. Noticed a mark in the sheet. Mauve from laundry but still should have bee caught "

"One of the elevators did not work and the other two that was working had some issues when the doors were closing and they opened and closed 3-4 times every time you used them. This took long time and we could not access the stairs either. The TV did not properly either, green screen after a couple of minutes. A part from those two things we enjoyed our stay (2nd time) "

"Staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Also via the Expedia App the hotel staff messaged and the interactions were helpful. Room was tired but comfortable and clean. The air con did not appear to function overly well. Big shame that they do not have a more eco-friendly approach. Using re-fillable dispensers for example. Lots of plastic waste. "

"This hotel is short walk from Queensway underground, Hyde Park and Diana memorial Kensington castle across the street . lots of great eating places . It’s a short walk to Nottinghill . Our room was clean and very comfy and quiet . . We would stay again "

"Not my first time here, but happy to return again. As ever, the staff are absolutely lovely and some of the best in the business. I was greeted by Dhavani who was kind, accommodating and went out of her way to help me with a genuine warm smile and personality. The staff all seem to be encouraged to be themselves in a positive way, so it’s never a cookie-cutter experience here. It’s part of the reason I’m alway happy to come back. The hotel is a little older, so there is a slight shabby-chic feel, but it’s perfectly lovely to stay in. The bed and sheets are very comfy, and the rooms are warm and welcoming. Will happily stay again. "
