"Very convenient location situated in a beautiful section of Paddington. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early after a long overnight flight. My only recommendation would be that they include more breakfast options and serve it in a buffet or serve yourself style. we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here again when back in the London area."

"The hotel was perfect, exactly as described and in a lovely quiet but accessible location. The room we stayed in had 3 separated sleeping spaces so was brilliant for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The staff were also amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Pool and Sauna area also very nice. It was pricey, but it was value for money. Would highly recommend."

"What a beautiful hotel, we stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be booking again for longer. The service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was clean and there was a daily offer of housekeeping although we didn’t need it. The breakfast was fresh, good quality and great service, the surroundings in the common areas were very festive and we loved the reception area. The room was warm enough without the need for additional heating, the bathroom was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed, the towels were fab. The bed was very comfy with a firm mattress and pillows. There was a little road noise but that’s to be expected with the location . We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and look forward to staying again"

"Unfortunately, the room size was a bit too small for 2 people, but everything else was excellent. The SPA and breakfast was great, all rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a Starbucks cafe in the ground floor also available and the bar to serve drinks to people. The location of hotel is very well positioned, just 3 minutes aways from the tube or the main road with plenty bus options."
