It was OK
"Elevator was out, was given a room on the second floor despite booking a handicap accessible room. They did offer an extra person to carry our luggage. Also, housekeeper started knocking on doors at 900am which woke us up."

Jan 4, 2020The locals were very helpful in suggesting places to dine and seeThe staff at the WinStar Casino were very nice. The concert venue at WinStar World Events Center are fantastic due to acoustics and seating . Plenty to do pre/post concert.

Dec 31, 2019We Love the Winstar Casino & have stayed in over 8 Hotels in Gainesville & at the Inn & Best Western in Thackerville.when I talked to the Hotel Manager she said all She could do is a very small Discount on Our next stay.Not Fair!!!
