All Of the the team from What ever department made you feel special and that you are the most important person in the world . From the first moment upon arrival To the very second i left I had a magical experience. The quality of the food was second to none and drift was a treat . "Everything was really excellent at the property. We tried 3 restaurants (Lido, Panasia grill, and the main breakfast restaurant ) during our stay, and all restaurants had amazing food. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We could really feel their sincerity in wanting us to have a nice stay. We took part in 2 kids activities during our time there: pizza making and making mango sticky rice, and because it was a low season, all the staff around the restaurant gathered round to encourage our kids during their activities. Our rooms were also amazingly - Furniture, carpets and other fittings were well maintained and in great condition, and room smelt amazing! Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean - we were also upgraded to a nicer room due to a problem with our original room, and weren't charged for early check in - this is probably due to the off season low occupancy, but i appreciate that it's something they didn't have to do. We spent a lot of time at the kids clubhouse due to rain, but while it's small, the staff were extremely nice and made every effort to keep the kids entertained, painting and playing games with them, even when the parents were present. All of were extremely nice and I could feel genuine care and love for the kids. All of us were pretty sad when it was time to check out. 10/10 would go back and stay again in the future"
