“The staff in restaurant were so nice and helpful. The cookies are delicious. Loved the place”

“It was good! The hotel is large and the staff are friendly. The ice rink is next to it, and people seemingly happy to have fun, and this noise did not affect the room. Recommended! ”

“Overall fine for one night in SLC with a pet as the property doesn’t charge any pet fees; however, we did have to ask a couple times about beds and bowls and sadly the dog room service menu advertised on their website was discontinued. The room itself was small but still comfortable for 2 adults and a dog and we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it ended up being, although the light from the corridor was basically blaring in so something to keep mind if you need a dark room to sleep. It...

“Horrible check in, had to travel several miles in the pouring rain to a separate location to pick up keys. And then had to wait for them to follow us back to the hotel to let us in.”
