"Conveniently located to power and light, the street car which has multiple stops for sightseeing and eats. Loews is at least a yearly stop for us. Quiet, great views of KC skyline. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good drinks at the bar. "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They don't change out towels but they also don't provide towel racks to hang towels so we were requesting new towels as we didn't have a place to dry out our towels daily. Breakfast was adequate but we stayed for several days and breakfast choices never changed(no variety). We skipped our last day. "

"I would rate to stay as far below average. The cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely terrible, especially the rooms. We had problems with the rooms, not being ready until late on the evening that we checked in. We were promised that we could get a room credit by calling Hotels.com. You cannot talk to anybody at hotels.com and the recordings do not ever accommodate a situation like ours. We asked for the room to be cleaned. It was not cleaned. We responded to text messages asking how our day was. No response to the problems that we had. We stayed here two years ago and had a good experience, but will take our business elsewhere next time because of the poor quality and treatment. Happy to discuss my experience more in person if anybody will take the time to call."

"We enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the T-mobile Center as we stayed there for the basketball tournament. Our room was clean and the staff was great. We will stay there again next year."
