Very cool boutique hotel details like fresh ground coffee dropped at your door in the mornings, and tray of local Durham-made snacks in the room for reasonable prices. Some biological looking stains on our sofa were offputting and our robes had some stains as well. Our carpet in the room had a big bleached out spot at the entrance.
