"Location is very convenient - close to everything. Plenty of on-street parking nearby (free between 5:00 pm and 9:00 am the following day). The only downside is the room was pretty small - we have difficulty opening our large suitcase and could only climb onto the bed from one side as the other side was pushed against the window."

"The hotel states that it has secure storage however luggage is just left in the corridor a few meters from the entrance as the luggage store is tiny and can only accommodate a few cases. There was no staff on reception for at least 5 min when I arrived and homeless use adjacent doorway recess as a drugs haunt. When I questioned the manager, he was quite rude and insisted it was safe. "We loved our two night stay here, so quaint with the tourist tram running under our hotel. New Regent Street at the rear of the hotel is convenient for dinners. Room is spacious and well furnished. Loved the decor and arty styling in the landings of each floor."
