"This house is an older and rustic, but the vibe is fantastic! Rooms were well kept and stocked with the necessities. Very quiet and peaceful even though it is a very short walking distance from downtown Sioux Falls (5 to 8 walk depending on what you wanted to do). Shops, Food, Bars, and Entertainment was super convenient to get to. Check in and out was very simple. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful new property with lovely rooms. We had a king suite with a balcony. Everyone working there was very welcoming. Very nice breakfast too! Lovely outdoor area for relaxing! 20 minutes to RAP. The only things that would improve the experience would be hooks in the bathroom (plenty of space for that), lamps or a dimmer switch (lights in ceiling were quite bright and only 1 lamp, and a handheld shower head, but these are nit picky. Wonderful experience and I would stay there again."
