There was a foul smell and to top it off, we found cockroaches in the 'clean' towels in the bathroom. We went to address this with the person at the front desk. While I packed our stuff, my husband went to smoke while the girl called her manager. Once the manager showed up, the girl working the desk started with the waterworks and came up with a story about me and my husband were apparently screaming in her face, slamming down the towel with squished cockroach saying "you f***ing deal with it" Guess its a good thing we recorded it all and showed management wasn't the case at all- but didn't change the fact that this hotel is such a disaster. Save yourself the headache and don't stay here!!"

"Went there for a staycation specifically for our kids, pool was a death trap they had tile so if a child ran they would have slipped, cut up terrace in the pool where toddler could cus themselves if they grabbed it, property was disgusting. Beds everywhere in the hall ways. It was tweaker central. And we had canceled didn’t even stay there more than 30 minutes, went to another total, hotel never checked us out and canceled it so they were trying to pull each night out almost $400 they tried to pull from our accounts for 1 night? Will never be staying there again. "
