"The room itself - upper floor king with downtown view was outstanding. Spacious, appointed exceptionally well. Excellent value. However, check-in problematic. Arrived at around 3:15 pm. Very crowded, multiple lines (needs to be clearly denoted line formation. Very easy fix) my room wasn’t ready (I arrived 15 minutes after check in). Ultimately things worked out and room and experience outstanding. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good - and decent value for the $. Anyway, my room was outstanding. 👍👍"

"No carpet in the room is always a plus for me! We stayed in a king room and were pleasantly surprised by the flooring instead of carpet. The room seemed to have some renovations and it was clean. I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a combo shower/bath but the stay was still enjoyable and we would stay there again."
