"The place was easy to locate with car parking. Easy to access the property. Very clean and tidy with plenty of amenities on offer. Definitely will stay again."
"Nice alternative to conventional hotels and apartments. The structure offers a room and a social dining/relaxing area available for all the guest. We enjoyed meeting other travellers and playing ping pong and snoocker"

"Highly recommended hotel with good facilities. Rooms are excellent but the duvet was a little thin for a cold night. We did ask for extra bottled water but never received it. "
"Ideally situated for several restaurants. Bus stop outside the hotel meant easy access all over Bristol as well as a direct trip to the station in 25 mins. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a well stocked bar. As long as you don’t mind Stepp hills then ideally suited for the Ashton gate stadium.

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up.
The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim.
The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak. We had also booked a two bed two bathroom apartment but the apartment was having some refurbishments so we were offered a three bedroom instead not realising it was only one bathroom which was a bit inconvenient.
We liked the location and the comfortable beds there were just several niggles"
