“I was charged for a restaurant purchase that I never made. I contacted the hotel and asked them to review the charge, but I never received any response or assistance. Please check your bill carefully before and after your stay, as other guests could also be at risk of unauthorized charges.”

“This is a very nice property. The only complaint I have is that when you book it, it says parking is included, and when you get there you have to pay $11. That isn’t a large amount, but it kind of rubs me the wrong way.”

“Staff were very kind, enjoyed service at the Biergarten very much. The New Rhelm Vienna beer was amazing with the delicious pretzel and beer cheese. Cottage was quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking spots are labeled for your cottage. Really enjoyed the mashup of Jules and Woodlands as Woodlands is getting a face lift. Overall, Walkable and not too far to anything. Loved the S'more hour. We gathered our s'more supplies from Inn lobby and enjoyed the quiet of the night. The golf putt practice...

“Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy. So glad we found this great location to make it so convenient. We will be back and refer to family and friends when they come to visit. Clean, convenient location, safe, cozy, exceptional price. “The staff was very nice, EVERYONE greeted us , and was friendly. Our room was not the best location, middle of the downstairs hall across from vending. Could have asked to move I guess but it was pretty full. I could hear EVERYTHING on the floor above us ,(walking, toilet flushing in the wall next to the bed coming from the floors above). Breakfast was great , the dining area clean and maintained. Overall, I can always count on Country Inn & Suites for a good stay.”
