"I had a lower room and the room above me sounded like they were having a kettlebell workout at 1:18am. They left sometime in the 2:00 am hour. Management said call them and they will take care of it. They are on staff 24 hrs."

"Enjoy the homey, coziness of this hotel. The campfire at night-very soothing! Enjoyable conversations with fellow travelers. Only negative was noise from stairs and neighboring rooms which finally stopped around 2a. Could have been room location #117 as we didn't experience this our first time. Will come back!"

"I cannot stress enough how clean the room was. The faucets were gleaming, nary a smudge on the shower door and a floor that I didn’t mind walking on with my shoes off. Absolutely spotless. The real kicker is that this was a “pet friendly “ room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that allow pets, and they always give the worst rooms to people with pets. Not so here at the Hampton Inn in Redmond OR. I highly recommend this property especially if you have to travel with pets."

"The property needed repairs. Both doors to exit the building we were in did not lock locking mechanisms were gone. The circulation fan for the restrooms did not work and the on the wall thermostat did not work. Was very clean and comfy and employees were nice and helpful. "
