โWe stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. Itโs top-tier, once you get inside! โ
โAt first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.โ
โThis is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.โ
โAmazing location for shopping. This hotel has so many fun activities for the family to enjoy together. The basketball court near the bar was a wonderful bonus!! I highly recommend this property โค๏ธโ
โItโs a beautiful place to stay in a relatively calm and safe area, while still being within close travel distance into Manhattan. Very cleanly rooms and kind staff. We felt extremely relaxed and satisfied with our stay. Definitely recommend!โ
"It was a place where you could taste various breads and friendly staff. It was great because it was close to the subway and not too far from Manhattan."
