"Very old and dirty. Carpets smelled like …. And sheets and chairs sticky and stained. AC not working it was 90* when we opened the room. Staff dismissive, location was great and a beautiful view of a NY skyline but this hotel needs a major update. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. I got the best option deluxe room with a balcony so it doesn’t get better even if you pay for it. I found another hotel in manhattan same price and so much better!"
