Two of us stayed in the family suite and I loved the privacy it offered, along with the closeness of simply lounging. The rooms were super-cute and did not feel cramped. And they were very clean! Everyone we encountered among the staff was very nice and always helpful. I was on a staycation at the hotel with a friend visiting from out of town for three nights. We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

The hotel was very nice, very close to a lot of restaurants, and very close to commuting on the subway system. Very clean. We were at Manhattan within minutes very convenient. The staff were very kind and courteous as well.

The room was clean and perfect for our trip. Having it so close to the subway entrance was super helpful we didn’t take a single Uber the whole trip. There were cute coffee shops, spas, organic grocery stores, and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were all kind and helpful. They make a point to be a more sustainable hotel and you can actually see proof of that in a bunch of little ways that I appreciated while staying there.

My wife loved the interior design and its efficient functionality. The location was near the subway. Location is on the way to LGA (12 min by car). The property is new, owned by IHG. Appears they have learned want guests want/need and implemented the little things such as a steamer, reading lights, bath hooks, night stand cubby, etc
