"I have waited over a month to write this review. My family of 4 plus mother in law and sister in law recently took a week long trip to Atlantis. Second stay in two years. On our last day I came across a patron who collapsed and was in cardiac arrest. The outcome was not good, as they passed away. Me and a few others did cpr on this person for 30 mins. It took the medical staff over 40 mins to get to this patron. No urgency what so ever. In a mega resort like this where at any given moment could have a city’s worth of people on property there was no doctors, medics or nurses. The staff tried to hush the situation by trying to send me away in a private car to the airport and take care of all my room charges. I was told by a higher level executive manager at the hotel that they were going to call me in a week, a month later I have heard nothing, my trip that was going to be comped hasn’t been comped. I really don’t care about the money aspect I care that they didn’t stick to their word. This resort just takes from people and doesn’t take care of their paying customers in any way. If your going to the Atlantis make sure your in good health, because Rolling the dice if not. I will never return to the Atlantis. It’s really to bad because my family had such an amazing time prior. On top of that unfortunate situation, the property’s beaches are dirty and littered with trash, which should be dealt with by both patrons and STAFF! Do better Atlantis, for everyone"

Comfort Suites Paradise Island

"While an older property it is very well maintained and clean. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. I have stayed her numerous times mainly for the convenience. The front desk staff is mostly excellent save for one member. Every encounter with this person is subpar. There is no rhyme or reason to his check-in process. I am a Choice Rewards and Expedia VIP. He never provides the VIP benefits. My reservation included a food/beverage credit which he did not provide nor did he acknowledge it. Bringing it up is just a colossal waste of time and is usually met with attitude. I only stay here to rest and shower. Also the Atlantis perk is great but it has become cumbersome to use. Previously you were given access for the entire stay, now you have to check in every day. The free breakfast is a nice perk but after a few days it is just the same options repeated over and over. When the breakfast is offered in the hospitality suite, you should avoid, items are not served at the proper temperatures and it is largely not sanitary."

"Everything was very clean and the staff was super nice! Shout out to Pedro, CJ, Shawn, and Rahmeesch, our favorites, but everyone was nice. Always people working hard and catering to you. Price was great. Room service was excellent with clean sheets and towels daily. No complaints! Blonde Pixie"
