"I love to stay in this hotels for 2 reasons, the main one is that I’m always riding with friends in our motorcycles for the annual mayhem rally and we always stay here cuz the easy access to the room, this is not like the other hotels that you need to park in the parking ar then walk and carry all your stuff to your room, this is very convenient for us specially and this is the second reason is that we always request ground level rooms and I put that on my special request box when I’m booking Through Hotels.com and they always accommodate us in ground level rooms"

"First time stayed here…really like the vibe. Lobby and patio entertainment were great. Casino machines were fun. Waitresses were friendly. No keno lounge which I really miss. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Shower water wouldn’t drain fast so it fill the tub, and shower bath gel, shampoo and conditioner were too hard to squeeze out, but overall I would stay again."

"No Fridge, View of the Parking Lot. No Microwave. TV very small. Like walking into the year 1988 except for the Cafe Latte which was $8. "

"They are ruining this property as soon as we arrive and got our room I ve had to go back to the front desk to asked for another room due to the lack of cleaning,the mattress you could see the buttons through the sheets, carpets derty my second room was even worse, I won’t recommend it to anybody , the elevators derty the food court very expensive, bad experience we will never go back"

"Biggest draw for us is parking garage (free!) --> hotel lobby --> room is a SMOKE FREE walk!! No casino to walk through to get to the hotel lobby. Rates are reasonable; clean room, limited and somewhat dated amenities."

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."
