I am in need of serious consideration for a refund.
I did talk to someone yesterday via chat and they instructed me to reply my email I would receive after checkout time.
You could refer back to it as well.
This trip was awful. First my children and I chowed up Saturday at about 2:45 pm to check in. There were 3 others in front of me, the gentleman at the lobby desk didn’t get to me until 3:30pm. All of us guests checking in, none of our rooms were ready and not cleaned. One guy asked for sheets and towels to change himself. I finished my check in and was told to come back in an hour because house keeping was on lunch.
I came back at 4:30pm , room Ready. However, I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I walked into a one double bed and pull out couch. The couch bed was disgusting and covered in dirt, no sheets or blankets or pillows in sight. We had 4 of us on the reservation and only two towels.
Multiple items in the room broken, the TV legs were broken and being held up by 6 bars of soap. The toilet paper holder was broke , the shower nozzle barely hanging on, no remote to the tv, the drawers to the tv console were broken. And zero trash cans in the entire room.
I went down later to the lobby to talk about the room and gain some towels and sheets . However there were multiple people in line still. My children and I made it through the night. And the next morning down to the lobby for the continental breakfast. The lobby was still locked up and closed at 7:20am. We
