Check in wasn't so great at 4:30 p.m. - no staff at desk, waited a bit before seeking help (could hear staff laughing and talking behind the scenes somewhere), and the employee that emerged to check us in was icy and irritable. Our 1-night stay was good enough, but housekeeping knocked on our doors at exactly 11 a.m. as we were rolling suitcases to cars to make sure we were checking out on...
