“While the location was beautiful, the property is not well maintained. Our room was incredibly small and dim for the price we payed, multiple mosquitos in the room upon arrival, wifi connection was poor, noise was a major problem, and the front desk manager / supervisor was incredibly rude to us. I wanted to note that the other members of the staff at the front desk and restaurant were incredibly kind to us and understood our concerns, tried to help. “Water issues in the room. Hot water only from sink faucet and shower water turned off sudsed-up mid-shower. They turned it on when my husband went down to complain. Convenient location but has its quirks.”

“Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!”
