"Too much salt in food. Idlis were small and not fluffy. Stuff from the bakery was heavy and over sweet. The fruit was in shallow plates so it kept falling to the floor when serving. Bananas were in bunches in a net bowl with a circular bottom making it difficult to take.
2 girls in the area outside Trattoria were very efficient and 3 boys in Trattoria were professional. Other staff there and the interns should be better trained. "
