"3/5 Stars - Fantastic Customer Service, but Lacks the "Wow" Factor
Overall, our stay was decent, but the hotel definitely lacks a "wow" factor. We were disappointed to find the water slides and lazy river closed upon arrival, with no email notification beforehand. On the positive side, our room was upgraded from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom, though the interior felt very outdated.
A major downside occurred on our second night when the fire alarm went off twice around 1:00 AM. There was no announcement or follow-up communication, forcing our whole family to head down to the lobby and ruining our night's sleep. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the main Orlando parks and attractions, averaging a 35-minute drive.
Giving this 3 stars based on the price, outdated facilities, and closed amenities. However, the absolute highlight was the customer service—staff at the lobby, restaurants, and throughout the property were outstanding."
