"I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The pool area was fantastic, and the whole place felt very family-friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travelers!"

"The rooms are really small, at least mine was. So the bathroom was tight. Perfect for one night. It's not a traditional hotel as far as check in and check out. Everything was clean. Valet is expensive. There are parking garages near by. Had a nice coffee/expresso machine. Very big lobby."

"The room was extremely clean and majority of staff ie concierge, front desk, restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside staff gave us wrong directions to our tour bus pick up located at River front which made us 15 minutes late (2 minutes from getting left behind) and a loss of $200.00. It is best to not say anything than give misinformation. Our first night we experienced cold water for shower but that was rectified by the following morning. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. Over all we had a great experience and would consider staying at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel again."
