"The property has gone down over the years. Not worth the money. "

"The room was clean but very shabby and in obvious need of more extensive maintenance. The end tables had been covered with some kind of vinyl faux marble and it was dull and bubbling up like poor quality contact paper. The shower in the master bath was unusable as the glass doors were broken and could not slide open. There was no toilet paper in the suite on check in and I had to call housekeeping to bring some. There also were no bedding materials for the pull out couch so another call to housekeeping was needed to fix that issue. The market on property is exorbitantly overpriced. You can buy the same snacks at Whole Foods for 1/3 the price."

"A completely welcoming hotel where the staff take pride in customer service and accommodation. Although the room is small, it contains the necessary comforts. The bathroom is very small and tight; tricky to maneuver. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and I was lucky enough to get a spectacular view of the traffic roundabout."

"This property has Valet parking only at 65.00. Street parking is the same price. Your car is suppose to be protected but they seem to like to damage people's cars and then not say anything. They had to have known its not a scratch its a DEEP scratch on my brand new car. "

"A VERY NICE place overall! I am a tough grader, so I would put this in the 4.4 to 4.7 range if I could. Pool deck and facilities are very nice. But horribly crowded in peak times, weekend, etc. The old fight for a pool chair at 6:30 AM stuff just gets old, especially at a place that’s supposed to be higher end. Dominated by younger couples with small kids, mixed in with the business/conference types. Good mix of people if that’s something you prioritize. Besides the crowded pool, my biggest complaint would be the $30 cocktails. I know it’s Miami Beach but cmon. Great walkable location with access to the boardwalk and lively shopping/restaurant areas across the street. Close enough to walk straight to the action, but not quite in the middle of clubbing insanity! I would probably splurge a little extra and go for a boutique place before I go back, but I would go back. Again, CROWDED pool and my kids were just a little too old for the pool noodle scene. "

"Our first room faced the Interstate from several floors up and had noticeable traffic noise all night. While less than ideal, we still slept in comfort (and we were thankful we got a room at all after all the flight issues). As soon as another room opened we switched over. The staff was great. Both rooms were clean. The second room was much quieter."
