“Got there at check in time and spoke to the woman at the front desk. We were told we had a smoking room but tried to change that since we don't smoke. We were not accommodated there. Ok I'll make it work. Except I got to the room and the floor was filthy. There was a wad of chewed up gum stuck to the floor. I was so tired from the 9hr drive that I just cleaned it myself. The next day I ended up emailing management. Someone had been putting their cigarette butts out on the window sill. Gross. I...

“Our room was terrible. There was mold on the beds and there was a cockroach on the curtian, and damages to the walls. We tried to get our money back and they refused. Said we needed to speak the manager. Tried 5 times the next day to contact her and she was either not in until 11, busy at the moment and then finally she just refused to call us back. Take caution the photos you see are not the the true pictures of the rooms conditons!”
