"The place is nice and lots to do. I kind of expected a little more of a classy experience with the price we paid to stay there. We enjoyed it though. We’ve stayed at other places in FL around the same costs but felt like the other properties were better and we felt catered to more.
A few negatives was that we couldn’t get coffee until after 7am when the restaurant opened. Then the staff focused solely on seating people for breakfast and it took a bit to get the coffee to go.
The pool was nice but pool towels were small and cheap material. Pool was somewhat dirty at times and other times it was clean. I’m sure it is a challenge with so many people the landscape around it too.
The gift shop says it was open 24/7 it was not. We wanted some additional bottles of water after hours and there wasn’t any vending machines either.
Parking is good, location is good but just a few simple things they could do better to improve."
