Kompose Boutique Resort at Theme Parks

"Pros and cons to this hotel and I’ll openly say I’m pretty picky with hotels but Kompose tend to have more upgraded hotels for less.. pros: upgraded, we had a family suite which was spacious and helped us gather with friends so that was helpful. Quiet- we didn’t hear other people which is sometimes an issue for us at other hotels. Room was clean - can’t complain there. Cons: lack of outlets- outlets are around areas that you wouldn’t need them while outlets around the room/ sleeping area were hard to find. Side tables extremely small barely fit our essentials. Shower design was awful- it creates a puddle out of the shower every time and we had to use towels to clean up the water. I called downstairs 3 separate occasions and waited forever and nobody ever answered the phone. We needed towels… We booked this hotel specifically for the kids pool area to get together with our friends and of course this trip they drained and closed the pool… big bummer. TVs had issues and wouldn’t always work- remotes weren’t properly working we’re not sure if both or one or the other was the main issue. Again- can’t talk to anyone on the phone so no help. Elevator design being outside behind separate doors was super annoying. Traveling with kids and having so much to carry and then having to take my key out 4 times to get to my room every time was ridiculous. Breakfast food isn’t good."
