"I found the staff wasn’t very helpful except maybe a handful of people. The spring was beautiful and nice. Well kept clean, but I found the Safari waterpark was dirty and not nice. The rooms are outdated but manageable if they have the necessities you’re supposed to have in the room overall I think this resort is 3 1/2 star probably would never go there again. Also for future reference when you go to check-in, leave your suitcases in the car if not, you’ll only have to put them back into the car to drive to your parking area."

Best Western Downtown Plus Music Row

"Overall, my stay was excellent. I was traveling on business and spent a significant amount of time working from my room. The only issue I encountered was the lack of data and charging ports at the desk. As a result, I had to plug in my phone and other devices away from my workspace, which was somewhat inconvenient. Aside from that, the accommodations were comfortable, and I had a very positive experience."

"Highly recommend this hotel. Me and my friend(both of us from out of town) decided on this hotel mainly because of the location to the activities we wanted to do. We were pleasantly surprised by how the staff treated us the moment we walked in. Every staff member I came in contact with was very pleasant, especially Will. He did an amazing job checking us in, he was very knowledgeable and informative about not just the hotel but the surrounding area. For example, we came up to him one evening, we were in my mood for pizza. We asked him and no hesitation, he was able to run down a list a pizza places, with directions and his personal opinion on them all. That was a tremendous help especially since we weren’t from Atlanta. As far as the room, amazing, the view from the 64th floor was incredible especially at night but I can’t get over my ears popping everytime we got on the elevator but hey thats what happens when you’re on a high floor like that. Now normally I skip breakfast and decide to sleep in when I’m on vacation but the hotel had a delicious breakfast worth waking up for,(and I like the fact that the breakfast hours were 7-12 so even if I wanted to sleep in, I could still wake up in time to grab breakfast) which included my favorite, grits eggs and bacon, among other things. Overall, it was a great experience 10/10, would definitely stay there again."

"I liked everything about this hotel except there is no elevator so I had to drag my luggage up and down the stairs and the place is a little old. Would definitely recommend."

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"We just returned from a 4 night stay at Cabana Bay Resort. The room we stayed in had a strong odor that gave me a headache. I made the front desk aware of the situation and told them we were leaving the room while they tried to figure out what was going on. The second night I still noticed the strong smell so they tried changing the air filter. We had to leave the hotel a few times because my headache was so strong due to the smell. Upon check out I asked if there was any compensation for the times we had to leave and the inconvenience of the smell to which I was told I could have a free coffee voucher. I was disappointed with the customer service."

"The Washington Plaza Hotel made my stay very comfortable, even as I was traveling alone! It’s in a perfect location too, which is the main reason why I booked here, but I can say that the hospitality was up to par as well."
