"The property is beautiful and well maintained. You do have to do a lot of walking to get to the front to catch an Uber. They do not offer any kind of shuttle to Disney or the airport. There was an issue with people smoking Marijuana and the nasty smelling smoke filling my 2nd floor patio a long with cigarette smoke. I had to purchase air freshener to try to get the smoke and smell out of the patio so we could sit out there. The staff at Azzula was very rude. The ignored us when we went inside to get dinner. Not 1 person said hi or welcome in or how can we help you. So we proceeded into the bar area and the bartender turned from the football game on the TV, looked at us, then turned back to the game. It had been a long day and we just wanted a nice dinner and a few drinks to relax and unwind. Our business at that restaurant was not important to any of the staff there. We had to walk off the property to find something to eat and got soked in the rain. For guest safety there should be some sort of a fence around the ponds. It was unnerving to have to walk past them at night not knowing if an alligator was going to come out and attack you."
