The Space L.V. Tours

My stay was great; the property was clean and very beautiful. There is so much to do that we did not see everything while we were there for 4 days. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave in the room. The food portions in Vegas are big and there was a lot of food we wasted due to not being able to bring back to the room for later.

Paid for an upgraded refresh room. Told we had VIP and would get an upgrade at check in. Checked in and wouldn’t upgrade us saying they were fully committed for the first night but would move us the second night. No one called or offered to move rooms, so had to call them for them to say they had no available rooms. The 2 queen bed room we had was old and needing updating. Torn carpets, broken bathroom door that wouldn’t lock dirty curtains. The in room bar-fridge is an absolute rip off.
