"Mixed review. The unit it self was nice and clean, good blackout curtains, great views of the mountains out of the large "back" window, the unit had all the necessary essentials. I was not happy that there was new construction going on right in front of the units, seems like they are building something large, maybe some future amenities but for our stay it was just noisy construction going on, not what I was expecting to be looking at while sitting on the front deck. The sheet's and pillow cases had a few little holes in them, I guess it happens but that should have been noticed by staff. The room binder had a nice family story and information, but also had some rules, like please keep your showers to 5 minutes or less was noted, I also did not like the note taped on the shower, it could have been worded better, when I'm spending good money, I don't expect to be told to "limit my shower to 5 minutes" and "use water wisely it could run out" and stare at construction out my front window & deck. YES I respected all the ask's BUT maybe choose better wording? "Please try and conserve water" and maybe, "hot water my run out if used for long periods" Maybe it's just me but for the amount of money the unit cost I felt like I was being told what I can and can not do, not politely asked, the sheets and pillow case holes, the construction, road noise, it all just seemed like a lot going on for the cost for our particular stay. Good location, nice views out the back, guess bad timing."

"Amazing views of the glaciers! Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was good. Views were great from the breakfast room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Some sugar, salt and pepper would be a good addition to the kitchen amenities. The dryer was not working and the staff were super helpful to dry our clothes off the property and deliver back to us. Overall a very comfortable stay"

"Such a great space!! The sleeping loft could have used a curtain to help block out the sunlight but other than that it was a great space! Loved the waterfall behind the house and easy drive to the glacier lagoon."
