Quincy INN and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Easy check in and they gave me a little goodie bag. Was there for a concert at the Gorge, so just needed a night. Clean and simple, exactly what I needed."
"Outside is trashy. Broke fridge, bed frames, lawn long.
The rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. The outside, not so much.
All the staff were wonderful!!"
"Our first time to visit Lake Chelan. We were so impressed. The front office was kind and considerate. Our room was amazing! Very clean! The Lakeside Lodge was just right for us. It also seemed very family friendly. We will return!"
"Do not stay here! Someone came into our room while we were at the gorge concert and used our shower! Then when it was reported to hotel management, she would not refund us. They gave us a new room but they had to do that for security. This privacy breach was completely unacceptable and they should have done everything they could to make it right. Instead they were defensive and combative. Do not stay here!!"
"The staff was super helpful. There was a mix up with the three rooms we’d booked and they comped us another single room, which made our stay so much more enjoyable.
The mineral bath option in our deep room tubs was also lovely!"
"My husband and I stayed here when we had a power outage at our home. First off there was only 2 outlets one in the main room that had a bed and the other was the bathroom which they had an extension cord which had the mini fridge, microwave and the tv plugged into it. Then we go to try and use the tv remote and it didn’t even have any batteries in it! Then there’s the bathroom, it wasn’t even leveled . On end was higher than the other. Overall we did not have a great stay, the room we felt was overpriced for what we received. We spent $189+tax for a total of $208 definitely not worth what we paid. I do not recommend."
"Actually booked this place by accident and so my disappointment started with myself. The place is very old and desperately needs a refresh. I can honestly say that in our room, the only new item was the tap in the bathroom. Holes in the closet door and cracked tiles on the floor. The tiles were black and white which masked the dirty floor quite well. Beds were not that comfortable and the pillows had seen better days. The motel clientele seemed to consist of people working in the area. The coffee maker did not work and there is no where near by to get your morning coffee. Would I recommend this motel- yes and no. If all you want is a place to lay your head down then this place is great and the price is ok. However ,there is no ambiance and nothing that says welcome! The girl that checked us in was very nice and helpful. I don’t think we would have stayed otherwise!"
