“Our room smells so musty we had to go buy an air purifier so we could try to sleep. Garbages have been dumped by staff once in 6 days. We have complained at the front desk the last 3 days to no avail. We were told sheets would be changed every 5 days and tomorrow is day 7, my sheet will not stay on the bed and have had no luck getting this corrected. We have been told each time it will be corrected but it as not, we got new towels once in those 6 days. So frustrated”

“The pool and balcony furniture was new. So nice. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. Coffee pot and coffee is provided in your room. Carpet in the room looked new also.”
