"I stayed for 9 days had to asked for towels, trash can dump, no one cleaned my room. This place is in the heart of downtown from early mornings to late evenings expected noise from traffic and people. I had to keep the windows and patio door open, because of hot room,just to keep the room cool. The area is good during the day time,but at night at your own risk."

"I was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10"
